    Allegheny (Allegany) River
    A tributary of the Ohio River, the Allegheny River, also known as the Allegany River in New York, starts near Colesburg, Pennsylvania, curls north through New York state and then back into Pennsylvania. In Pittsburgh, the Allegheny and Monongahela rivers converge to form the Ohio River.

    Susquehanna River
    The longest river on the American East Coast, the Susquehanna originates in Otsego Lake, flowing through New York, eastern Pennsylvania and northern Maryland before emptying into Chesapeake Bay. The River spans 410 mi (715 km) and passes by several major cities, including, Havre de Grace, Harrisburg, Sunbury and Binghamton.
